People with disabilities are too often overlooked when it comes to employment. They're underestimated. Boxed in. Left out of industries like hospitality where they absolutely belong.
That's why we started The Deli in 2019 as a part of IDSS HQE - to change that.
Every BLT, cheese platter, or takeaway coffee you order helps create real job opportunities for people with a disability.
Not charity jobs. Real jobs.
Jobs where our staff are trained to industry standards. Where they're supported to build skills, grow their confidence, and work in a team that sees their potential.
And the best part? Our staff love it.
