People with disabilities are too often overlooked when it comes to employment. They’re underestimated, boxed in, and left out of industries like hospitality where they absolutely belong.

That’s why The Deli was created in 2019 as part of IDSS HQE.

Every BLT, cheese platter, or takeaway coffee helps create real job opportunities for people with disabilities.

Not charity jobs. Real jobs.

Jobs where our staff are trained to industry standards, supported to build skills, grow confidence, and work in a team that sees their potential.

 

And the best part? Our staff love it.

Head Chef Ashton & Deli Manager Hayley lead with heart. They care deeply about food, but even more about people. And they'll always make space for someone willing to give it a go.
